The Protagonist made an escape out of his home Shelter 003 "Landek" - Ostrava after he heard a commotion and gunshots and mistaking it for absolute chaos and civil war between the Stay! and Leave! factions of the Shelter. Expecting himself headhunted for being "The One Who Escaped" he ran into the forested Landek hills.
