"I want Mr. Wolf to have an awfully bad day" Little Red Riding Hood said, "and I know just how to do it". She scooped up empty wine bottles off the floor and stuffed them into the wolf's body until she could fit no more. Grandmother supervised, calmly sipping her wine, as her granddaughter sewed the wolf's belly shut. The huntsman discreetly glanced around hoping to find a full bottle. The wolf woke with fiery pain throughout his body. He saw the woodsman and tried to run away, but he felt so weak heavy that he immediately fell down and was unable to move. The woodsman cut off his ear and then picked him up and tossed him back into the woods where he dragged himself into the darkness and disappeared. The three of them went their separate ways. The huntsman took the wolf's ear as proof of his kill, the grandmother drank her wine, and Little Red Riding Hood returned home having learned a valuable lesson. On her way home she made a promise to herself: For the rest of her life, she would never leave the path and run off into the woods...unless she have a really good reason to do so"
