You type "./diagnostic.sh" into the terminal, but the only thing you get in response is "cannot connect to node 37- please check connection and ensure that no xenomorphs have interrupted the DNS lookup system operation." You will likely have to venture out to the root DNS server and complete a diagnostic there.
