The Search

You walk, for ... a long time. The concept of a global clocks stopped many years ago, in the days that you remember being young and less serious. That was before the major powers of the world decided to fight, leaving long now destroyed husks of nations. Russia retaining what was left in a stronghold in Svalbard, and America wiped off the map along with North Korea and China. Not that'd Russia had anything left but a few government officials anyway, there was a reason they moved so far away, to such a secluded place. Luckily the European nations didn't engage, sparing most of us save France and Britain. Didn't stop us from falling into chaos though. Raiders and Uber religious groups roam the world, preying on those who don't have the will, or the weaponary, to defend themselves. You clutch the pistol harder, whilst thinking about this you hear a small shuffle, but nothing more than a small animal. Theres a hospital to your left, and th remanants of a gun store to you right, theres many small restaurants and storefronts, all raided or destroyed by shelling. Where do you go?
