The People’s Republic Of Germany wins the civil war, but the country must be rebuilt. The majority of Berlin and the other major cities have been almost completely destroyed, and the new German government puts emphasis on unity through labor. However they are not the only country with a communist regime. The recently established Soviet Union seeks political ties with Germany. Will Germany form an alliance with the Soviets? Will they remain neutral in foreign affairs? Or will they go to the west, trying to spread their way of thinking to the poor and devastated countries?
